The BetterMint Podcast is about how Mint Miller finally made the decision to use her own 3 Yes Boundary Method to set limits and boundaries so she could change the narrative of her life and step into who she really is and the person she knows she was meant to be. Mint is not going to settle for unhappy. She knows she's meant for more, and she's willing to bet you are too. She wants this podcast to help you by letting her experience be your survival guide because in her stories and in her healing, she believes you will recognize your own. Mint Miller is the creator and host of the BetterMint Podcast, which is meant to help others by letting her experience be their survival guide because in her stories and in her healing, she believes others will recognize their own.
As a divorced, single mom of two young girls, Mint has felt stuck in her career for the past 20 years that massively triggers her anxiety. Compounded with the stress of going through a divorce, the combination has caused that anxiety to become debilitating. It wasn't until doing recent trauma healing work that she realized much of her anxiety is a trauma response to past experiences from childhood. She finally used what she learned in her healing journey and began to set limits and boundaries that changed the narrative of her life and allowed her to step into the person she knows she was meant to be. Mint feels that her practice of setting limits and boundaries has made such a profound positive impact on her life that she wants others to learn this practice and experience the same positivity and balance in theirs. She has since formulated a 3 Yes Boundary Method and coaches ambitious and successful, full time working women become less burned out, less resentful, and increase their self-confidence by learning how to say YES to the things they value in their life that are aligned with their passions and purpose without sacrificing their own needs.
Mint resides in the Boston area with her two little girls and their new golden retriever puppy.
